2022 Seminole State Forest Run for the Woods – RRCA Club Event

Come run along the scenic trails of the Seminole State Forest, some of the most ecologically diverse woods Central Florida has to offer, including sand pine scrub, a rapidly disappearing ecosystem. 5K walk/run; 12K and Half-marathon trail runs. Family-friendly event. Well-behaved leased dogs are welcome to run! The Friends of Seminole State Forest, LLC, was established as a non-profit 501c3 to sponsor annual fund-raising events, such as the Run for the Woods, to enhance and benefit the public visitor experience at the forest.
