Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Certified Coaches work with runners and emphasize the use of intelligent training plans that are based on a scientific body of knowledge and designed to help runners achieve their goals while minimizing the risks of injuries.

RRCA Level II Coach

Betsy chairs the LRC group runs and training committee and is the lead coach for the Spring Ahead 5k training and Step Up to 10k training.

Michelle is LRC club vice presidnet and past middle school cross country coach.

James is the assistant middle school cross country coach.  James ran collegiate cross country for Davis and Elkins, Elkins WV.

Brian coaches the Speed Workouts and coordinates the early morning workouts for the Pack, a community group run for runners with a sub 25 5k time.

Jon coaches the Speed Workouts. Jon ran collegiately for NAIA Webber International University in Polk County and is a two time Olympic Marathon Trails Qualifier.
