We offer three training programs led by RRCA certified coaches for our community.
- Our Spring Ahead 5k Training Program is a 10-week program offered in the spring and designed for beginners to gradually build up their running ability so that they can complete a 5k (3.1 mile) race. This group meets on Saturdays at Publix Charities Park.
- Our Kids Running Program is for children aged 5 and up. This program meets at the Lakeland High School Track on Tuesdays at 5:15 PM during the school year.
- Our Middle School Development Program is for 5th through 8th graders. This program meets at various locations in Lakeland on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM in summer, and then moves to the Lakeland High Track once school starts. This program builds skills for cross country, or general endurance running.
